Papua New Guinea, known as PNG for short, produces the majority of their coffee in small gardens rather than large plantations. Although similar to other coffee grown in the region, PNG stands out from the rest with less earth tones and more brightness and acidity, varying greatly and being somewhat unpredictable. Ours offers a clean, mild chocolate body, almond-like top notes, and fruity acidity. Good for all brewing methods.
